Target RWE at #DDW2025

Explore how we're driving innovation & clinical research for GI diseases

Learn How Our Gastroenterology Data is Shaping Research

Target RWE is excited to attend the Digestive Diseases Week (DDW) annual conference this year in San Diego, May 3-6th!  We look forward to connecting with the gastroenterology community and showcasing the strength of our longitudinal TARGET-GASTRO study that has enrolled over 39,000 patients with a variety of GI conditions with a robust network of over 35 sites across the U.S.

Target RWE's Gastroenterological Data

Overcoming evidence hurdles in gastroenterological drug development is critical for success. Target RWE empowers informed decisions through the strategic application of our in-house RWD and rigorous epidemiological expertise. We deliver clinically meaningful insights into disease patterns, patient characteristics, and treatment responses, avoiding the constraints of invasive procedures and costly trials. This approach minimizes development risks, optimizes trial efficiency, and enhances the probability of successful regulatory outcomes, ultimately benefiting patients.

Accelerating GI Research with Publications

Proudly Collaborating with the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA)

Target RWE is committed to revolutionizing healthcare through real-world evidence. By partnering with leading organizations like the AGA, we are leveraging the power of real-world data to expand the data available for serious, and often chronic gastroenterological diseases to to accelerate drug development, improve patient outcomes, and address unmet medical needs.

With the strategic partnership between Target RWE and the AGA, we have incorporated the AGA's eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) severity index tool, I-SEE, into our gastroenterological patient cohorts to assess EoE severity. This has enabled the collection of robust data on EoE patients, allowing researchers to track disease progression, compare treatment options, and ultimately improve the diagnosis and management of this chronic condition.

Want to see a live demo? Stop by and visit AGA's exhibit booth on Sunday, May 5th from 8:15-9:00AM as they showcase the I-SEE tool with attendees and explain how this is helping drive innovative research for patients with eosinophilic esophagitis.
